"Am I Ok" is a mental health awareness/self care duo. As we take care of others we forget to take care of ourselves. We discuss the importance of recognizing when our mental health is screaming for attention and how to avoid burnout.
The goal of the workshop is to ensure that all participants are:
Aware of when they need a "mental health break"
Identify signs of depression and anxiety
Understand the importance of taking care of "self"
