My Story
Danielle K. Kilcullen
My passion for cultivating human development through both traditional and experimental means began when it came time for me to begin college in 1996. Although my initial goal was to study Social Work, becoming pregnant with my son at 19 inspired me to enroll in a Child Development course to better equip myself not only in my career, but as a new mother as well. This one decision set the stage for the next two decades of my adult life. I have worked in support of children, families and educational programs/systems through my work as a teacher, instructional coach, curriculum developer, professional development facilitator, parent activist, early childhood leader, and adjunct instructor. This multi-faceted career path has allowed me to gain the knowledge and experience necessary to craft everything that we expect to deliver at EWY.
I hold a Masters of Science in Early Childhood Leadership from Bank Street College of Education, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from College of New Rochelle, and an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Westchester Community College.
I am excited about the prospect of bringing my expertise in adult development and early childhood education to various clients. My client-centered approach will meet people/organizations "where they are."
