This workshop will provide participants with tools and tips in order to accomplish this goal. In this interactive one-hour session, participants will:

"Am I Ok" is a mental health awareness/self care duo. As we take care of others we forget to take care of ourselves. We discuss the importance of recognizing when our mental health is screaming for attention and how to avoid burnout.
